Foot care
Foot care treatments are performed by hand, with the help of special machines or both.
- manual foot care: after health status check (diagnostic questioning, deeper looking at the foot and checking with the help of touching as a sense), cleaning, soaking, sterilizing the area and with the help of sterile tools and equipment (scalpel and other tools) I am performing the foot care treatment, then shorten and treat the nails
- mechanical foot care: after health status check (diagnostic questioning, deeper looking at the foot and checking with the help of touching as a sense), cleaning, soaking, sterilizing the area and then with machinery and equipment, I am performing foot care treatment, then shorten and treat the nails
- combined foot care: after health status check (diagnostic questioning, deeper looking at the foot and checking with the help of touching as a sense), cleaning, soaking, and then with sterile tools and equipment (scalpel and other tools) I am performing the treatment of the toes and the skin on the sole, then shorten and treat the nails with the help of machine.
Nail Treatment
I do nail polish only in exceptional cases. The nail care I strongly suggest in the Japanese manicure that is basically working beewax into the nail plates. In case of Japanese manicure, my regulars are treated with their own specific equipment of Japanese manicure set with their names on it which is used only for their toenail treatment nobody else.
Treatment of nail fungus
In case I see any signs of fungus infection, then I provide contact details of co-operating dermatologist. In each case, I need a specific diagnosis of a specialist, but of course this is also your interest.
In case of fungus infection, I do nail plate thinning and then apply special nail polish containing amorophil – I use Loceryl exclusively.
Sole and foot massage
If my guest would like me, I finish the foot care with a short sole and foot massage that goes as high as the knee joints.
Aesthetical treatments:
“Let’s make depilation an experience”
By aesthetical hair removal in my salon, I mean exceptionally the hair removal from skin/body.
I work with ITALWAX products and technology. I use patrons and film wax; no sugar paste is used.
ITALWAX is not simple wax.
The ITALWAX is heated only to 37-39,40 C degrees, in case of intimate areas 40-45 C degrees - so it is not hotter than the spa water. (Just to compare, regular wax has to be heated to 58-60 C degrees)
ITALWAX has its fantastic pre-treatment products. These have natural vegetal components, used to prepare the skin for the wax depilation procedure. They work towards easy wax application, nourishes and moisturizes the skin. They improve adhesion of wax to the hairs, ensuring high efficiency of hair removal procedure. The luxurious aroma of these products turns waxing into an exquisite spa procedure. After wax products are delicate and light lotions, which easily remove wax residue after depilation, dries quickly, does not leave greasy feeling on the skin.
This treatment is incomparably gentler to the skin than regular waxing. (I do have guests who had had classic waxing earlier and every time they come they express their gratitude how much less pain they have... )
I would like to ask my guests who are coming for hair removal that please do have a shower beforehand. In case of armpit hair removal, please do not use any deodorant before waxing. And there is a little something I would like to add: short, about 1-2 millimetre hair cannot be effectively removed, so it is worth coming for the following treatment when it is a bit longer.
